How to Protect Yourself and Others  Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19)

Ocala Town and Country Real Estate LLC requests that the real estate agents and their potential buyers

 follow the guidelines when showing our listings;

1. No one with flu like symptoms may show or preview homes.

2. Avoid close contact.  Real estate agents and buyers should practice social distancing and stay at least 6’ away from each other.

3. Real estate agents and buyers must wear a face mask.

4. Real estate agents must wear rubber gloves and are the only ones allowed to touch door knobs, closet doors, sliding glass doors, cabinets and light switches.  Buyers please do not touch anything.  Thank you.
